Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Rawalpindi
About a year ago, i was hit hard by tape tenis ball in a cricket match. At the spot i faced unbearable pain and i was unable to open the eye for few seconds. After which i saw via mirror that there is severe redness in my eye. I rushed to a nearby doctor who advised some eye drops and some tablets. After some days redness vanished, pain ceased, but i realised that my sight of this eye has been damaged a little bit. Upon checkup i found a major difference of 1 degree in saved and injured eye. now i have to wear glasses.
But now i have figured out that if I don’t sleep for a night, or the eye is more exposed to light for a longer duration, this type of redness appears with no pain but very minute itching/irritation. (as shown in attached picture)
Due to my casual behaviour and considering that it will heal itself i wasted a long time. Now guidelines are solicited from worthy doctors that what should i do.?
