Talk to Eye Specialist on Redness In Eyes

My home is in Bhalwal, Sargodha and work in Islamabad. 2 days ago I travelled to home and today I've got red eyes. They are very red and also hurt little. Jab eyes close karta hun to thora sakun hota hai. My dad at home also got red eyes 2 days ago and today I've got this. Is this viral ? Or in air of city ? Need guidance and help for getting riddance from this. I wear eyesight glasses as well.
