Redness In Left Eye

Question

Attached are the pictures of ny brother\'s left eye which has been red like this since a month now. As soon we put drops in his eyes the redness goes away just for sometime, and comes back again. At first he used eye drops named Santochlor and since yesterday he has switched to VIGAMOX. Still no improvement. Please help.

Alright, avoid to face screens for long time whenever watching tv and  using computers selfly blink his eyes and wash eyes frequently and use this medicines as well. Tobradex eye drops 1 drop TDS for 1 week and Systane eye drops 1 drop TDS for 1 month.
