Is Tears Forte okay for occasional use when eyes are dry? (I got this without my doctor’s approval) I get dry, irritated and strained eyes almost once a week, looking for artificial tear drops for regular use that have no side effects or steroids in them.

It is not a preservative free eye drop. But you can use it 3 to 4 times a day not more than this. if you need more frequent use shift to sustain eye drops or any other eye drop which is preservative free

Thank you doctor, could you recommend me preservative free eye drops for long term use? I don’t need to use 3-4 times a day, rather once or twice a day every few weeks just for dryness and irritation.
