bulging cannot be improved by any tablet or ointment. if it goes away with thyroid improvement, it will do so on its own.
for dry eyes due to bulging, taping of eyelid, wearing glasses, and a visit to a good eye clinic will help limit damage.
putting in polyfax eye ointment at night will help dryness. using artificial tears , 1 drop in eye every 4 to 6 hours will also help limit damage from dryness.
please see a good eye department as exposure of eye and dryness can lead to permanent damage.
