Talk to Eye Specialist on Sequential Eye Surgery

I had sequential eye surgery 8 years ago, but I didn't get any benefits or results from it. Then, 4 days ago, I went to Al-Shifa Eye Hospital for a check-up, and they told me that my eyesight is fine, but they recommended another sequential eye surgery. They even gave me a surgery date of April 21st. Should I get the surgery done? Will I get any results from it? A doctor at Al-Shifa told me that without the data from my previous surgery, it's difficult to perform the new surgery because we don't know which muscles were operated on previously. However, I don't have the previous data as it was lost.
