Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing severe eye irritation, persistent stinging, and redness. An earlier checkup revealed small red bumps (papillae) under my upper eyelid. I have been using Invoflox drops, which provided temporary relief, but the discomfort and burning sensation are still returning. I also have high daily screen time. Could you please advise on what might be causing this and what safe next steps or medications I should consider?
