Its safe , but can give honest opinion only after examination
Thanks for consulting, no need to worry, squint surgery cannot cause visual loss, Some times it happens that squint is not fully recovered , I mean to say a slight deviation of eyes persist after surgery otherwise it’s a safe surgery .your age is safe for surgery.
