I'm 18 years old and I used to masturbate too much 4 to 8 times a day 4 months ago And i guess that's the main reason of my sunken eyes and nearsightedness rather than using phone Now I've quit and I'm worried about my eyes and I've not told my family or friends neither i went to a doctor Ciz I'm afraid Can you please guide me What is treatment for sunken eyes in my case And myopia I shall be very thankful to you May Allah bless you (WHEN I SMILE I LOOK RIDICULOUS DUE TO EYE TROUGH ??)
