A. O. A sir.. My father have problems within his eyes. From last 10 years he was felling tears from his one eye.. Due to some Financial reasons we didn't vist any proper eye specialists. Mean while in chitral some time we visit the doctors and due to least facilities in the hospitals the gave just drops... Sir, now i want to went out from the distric chitral to checkup my father to an eye specialist in city... So i just want suggestions from you...! I want to know what kind of disease he is suffering. How much it will cost. I just want your suggestions..! I am waiting for your update..! Thank u..!

AoA. There are multiple causes of watering from eyes. Complete history and Examination is mandatory to diagnose and treat the cause. I'll advise to consult nearest Ophthalmologist or book an online consultation.
Most probably tears draining system of your father's eye is not working properly that's why tears spill over .
Initially probing/ Syringing can be done
If unsuccessful then major operation DCR .
There can be multiple reasons of watering it can be nasolacrimal duct blockage . Please book online consultation / visit an eye specialist for proper examination

Watering from eyes is due to multiple reasons. Particularly if it is from one eye and chronic (duration of years) can be due to inadequate drainage of tears. This can be due to blockage of tear drainage system. This needs evaluation by an eye specialist who will do ocular examination and confirm the diagnosis. Treatment will depend upon diagnosis (Surgical if Nasolacrimal duct obstruction).

He might be having obstruction of the tear drainage system. Only eye specialist can check that and then treatment is advised, mostly either minor surgical or major.
