Talk to Eye Specialist on Very Poor Eye Vision (maybe Due To Keratoconus)

In 2023, I found out that I have moderate to advanced keratoconus. Doctors suggested a CXL procedure and I got it done on Sep 2023. After 6-7 months I got my scans (I think corneal topography or something) and doctor said that it's stable now. But the issue is that I have very poor vision. Things look double, and scattered and poor night vision. I use glasses almost -2.00 in one eye and 1.75 in the other but still the eye vision is bad. I have visited so many doctors, the glasses number can't be changed. It's best fit. The doctor who did my CXL suggested ICL. But after some research I found out that ICL has it's own drawbacks. So, I want to take the opinions of other qualified doctors about the options to get 6/6 vision.

Ft. My daily screen usage is almost 7-8 hours.
