Talk to Eye Specialist on Yellow Ring Around Eye Ball

Hi, I had weak eye sight and got PRK done back in Ramadan. I recently noticed two rings around my eye balls, one is gray and the other is yellow. Can someone please enlighten me if this is something to worry about and what sort of doctor should I visit to get it treated. I’m attaching an image of my eye.
