hot water sponges 2 times a day
cap. vibramycin 100 mg 1 morning and 1 evening 7 days
xinoxy eye ointment apply for 2 times a day and rub for 2 minutes
it's eyelid infection.
Tab Augmentin 1gm.... 2 times a day.... 5 days
Tab caflam 50 mg.... 2 times a day.... 3 days
Blephamide eye ointment.... apply on eyelids.... 2 times a day
Hot compression with cloth and regular eye wash

It’s lower lid inner part abscess & start immediately hot compress as it’s delicate area of tear duct & visit eye dr as it might need needle prick & drainage of abscess followed by oral antibiotics.
