Asking For Self, Female 23, cavalry ground

AOA. I have been experiencing lower abdominal and back pain for about 6 months(on and off). most of the pain in on my left abdominal side. frequency of the pain varies from mild(where it's just like a slight pinch) to severe(where it travels down to my leg and it's hard to even move around). it starts and stops suddenly, havent been able to identify any pattern. I have been also having excessive white vaginal discharge(no odour). and my bowel movements have not been regular for about 2 months. for past 4 days I have been feeling nausea as well. I am not pregnant. what could be the reason for this and what doctor should I consult.

I had a c-section 2 years ago. no other injuries or surgeries. the first time I had severe pain I did go to the doctor. The ultrasound report was normal and the blood and urine tests were also normal. the only thing was high white blood cells but they have been like this since my first pregnancy 4 years back. everytime in between whenever I had blood tests for whatever reason my white blood cells are always high.
