The patient is experiencing intermittent abdominal pain primarily located at the right lower rib region, radiating forward toward the right upper abdomen. The pain has been present for some time and was occasionally associated with visible swelling in the right upper abdominal area.
Symptom Pattern
During the day, the patient is generally pain-free.
At night, after 3–4 hours of sleep, she often wakes up due to abdominal pain.
After a 2-week course of antibiotics, the pain has largely resolved.
However, she continues to experience acidic/bitter taste reflux, especially after eating at night and abnormal feeling in the same region abdomen
