I need serious consultation my mother is suffering with severe abdominal pain from last 5 day she is taking medicines on time but pain is exceeding day by day now she is feeling abrupt shoulder muscel pain, ultra sound suggested "hepatosplenomegaly " please guide me to cure her about her pain
