Asalam o Alaikum. I hope you are doing okay. There could be a lot of reasons for having Right Sided Pain in Abdomen. Usually on the right side there is Liver, Gall Bladder and Kidney. The exact location of Pain is needed to be identified. Apart from this, I need some more information to advise you better. 1) Do you have any fever? 2) Any pain while going to washroom? 3) Any nausea or vomiting? 4) For how long you have been feeling pulse? Please answer these questions and also tell the exact location of pain. I'm attaching a photo of all the lain points in the Abdomen, you can see that and tell where exactly the pain is. Alright. Thanks for the answers. 1) For how long you are having this pain? 2) Does it Happen all the time or some specific time of the day? 3) Do you only feel the pulse when you touch your belly or you can also see with your eyes that your Belly is moving with Pulse?

Okay. Got it. I need to see the Abdomen before advising any test or medication because sometimes medication is unnecessary and abdominal Ultrasound is required first. If it's possible for you, you can arrange a video consultation to have a look at you Lumber Region and Hypogastric Region.
