Talk to Gastroenterologist on Abdominal Pain, Fullness, Chronic Skin Rashes, Weight Loss

having chronic abdominal pain specially on the right side of naval since 1 year. sometime mucus in stool,stool consistencey loose sometime constipated, now having chronic skin rash since 5 months. rash come and go. weight loss. My liver ALT 35, Ast 25. Yesterday I had ultrasound with findings: The Liver appears average in size displaying diffuse echogenic hepatic parenchymal echopattern. The hepatic veins display normal monographic anatomical distribution and average caliber. No focal lesions or dilated bile ducts are seen. Could you please comment on liver findings. Is it something to worried?
