Talk to Gastroenterologist on Abdominal Pain(Gastroentrology)
Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Karachi
History of sudden dull burning pain on right side of abdomen 2 fingers away from umblicus since 1 and half pain not radiating any where , on and off. Pain continue for 30 minutes or a day .some time pain free for two days. No releiving factors , Nausea and low grade fever with pain .there is cramping on lying supine.. pain increased by lying and early morning when wake up. Allergic to spicy foods too. No history of diarhea and constipation no epigestric pain . Ultrsound abd and pelvis done which was normal, TLc count normal,, LFTs normal.. consulted a gastro doctor 20 days back she has given tab librax 1 Od for a month,, tab fasign 500mg 4 stat ,, tab vermox 1 Bd for 3 tab esso 40mg 1 Od for a week.. took all these medicines and librax took for 20 days up to today.. symptoms improved now there is no cramps no fever and nausea just burning pain which is localized on same point. blood test done yesterday which is positive.
