Dear, you are troubling with GERD.
Which could be because Inc. acid production or weak lower esophageal junction.

Most of times it is associated with Smoking, obesity, drugs, certain foods.

Your other concern "bookh nhi lagti" could be because of inactivity or decrease stomach motility.

My recommendation for you will be:

1. Take Cap. Esomeperazole 40 mg before 30 minutes of meal.

2. Take tb. Domperidone 10 mg before 30 minutes of every meal.
Still if u feel reflux.

3. Take Syp. Gaviscon 15 ml after meals.

Avoid tight clothes
avoid foods that trouble u.
Avoid lying down after meals.
Chew food well.
Try to remain active.

In addition,please specifically avoid spicy,Fried,sweets and oily meals.
Avoid sleeping immediately after your dinner.
Avoid taking water immediately after food.
Do some walk/exercise inside your home.
It would be great if you can give us more history about your previous tests and any other associated disease like DM,HTN or any medication you are taking?
Have you underwent upper GI endoscopy ever? If yes,please share take medications as prescribed by
