Talk to Gastroenterologist on Acidity, Constipation, Intestine Pain

Aoa, Whenever i eat something i feel acidity too much as well as gastro, However i have constipation in regular routine until i take some remedy and some medicine.. I got checkup almost from every specialist of faisalabad.. They recommend me some medicine, which give me temporary relief and i have no believe in any medicine, in my perception, intake of every med give you some relief and also side effect in other way. I attempted every test.. Even ultrasound.. ALHUMDULILLAH every thing is clear.. I dn't know then why i m struggling from it.. In addition, i acept my intake of food is poor and unrestricted becoz i m fond of dishes.. I leaved intake of medicine from about 1 year.. Becoz i think its give me some relief but not cure the my exact diease.. I droped some medicine receipt below.. Check it .. Which nearly illustrate how much i m effected..
