Talk to Gastroenterologist on Acute Constipation

i was having severe constipation from 10 days, my stomach is hard my abdomen is is like a baloon, i had little bit pain in middle of stomach it was like a ball, this Tuesday night i consulted with a doctor at defence clinic DD, he asked me tou eat roti sabzi salad fruits and take these medications, after taking 1st dose i passed stool at night 4am, and passed little stool 8n the morning with swere pain in my bladder, now my pain in bladder is increasing by the time, i am having pain with urine, constipation still stands and no stool, what should i do and whom should i consult
