Advice Required From Gastroenterologist

Question

I am taking these medicines (Cetralex, Ashwagandha, Proanthotanin and PEP UP Schisandra) twice a day as per sexologist advice for sexual timing issue. But the problem is that my stomach has been upset since last 15 days and I am having loose motions twice or thrice a day. I went to Gastroenterologist and he said you are suffering from IBS. Therefore, please guide are these above mentioned medicines affecting my stomach? Is it safe to use these medicines while suffering from IBS? Shall I stop taking these medicines? Please guide.
