I’m facing gas issue,gas stuck in chest loss of appetite,alt,ast back from 190.90 to 60,25 after typhoid should i do now how long i should avoid oily food,fatty food can i take skimmed milk or it is not good for my blood tests and ultrasound fatty liver no hepatitis b and c tsh normal cbc blood sugar random normal in range should there anything to worry about kindly guide thanks in advance reports also attached
