I’m facing gas issue,gas stuck in chest loss of appetite,alt,ast back from 190.90 to 60,25 after typhoid medication.what should i do now how long i should avoid oily food,fatty food can i take skimmed milk or it is not good for me.all my blood tests and ultrasound done.No fatty liver no hepatitis b and c tsh normal cbc blood sugar random normal in range should there anything to worry about kindly guide thanks in advance reports also attached

Dear you have liver inflammation. Pls get Fibro scan to get assessment of liver fibrosis along with CAP scoring. You have to reduce your weight. Followup after fibro scan.
