Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anal Fissure Type Problem

Was involved in sexual activities. Initially i got some pain in my anal with some discharge(jesy koi zakhm bn gya tha).This was around 2 years back. Done my hiv etc test 2,3 times later. Everything was fine. Discharge stopped after 2,3 weeks with pain. But the problem is that whenever i have to do somewhat like hard pop i feel pain. But it is not necessary i got pain everytime. Many times i even dont feel any pain and pass stool normally . It seems like got fissure or some small cut that is not healing 100%. I think fissures are also like small cuts. Please guide me regarding this or any doctor in lahore to whom i can discuss this thing and for proper checkup.
