6month ago I have pain in anal region and 3 time a day no checked,fissure with GTN suddenly I month ago I felt a mass in anorectal region. 2.4cm in in Nishter Hospital Multan they took biopsy of anorectal right after biopsy sever bleeding admitted in emergency bleeding stop after a shows no melagnancy,but some inflammatory cell they suggest look for scan revealed anorectal mass 2.4cm in diameter 5.9cm from anal verge, and a polypoidal growth 9.1cm from anal plz tell what would be the possible treatment of this issue .right now I have no bleeding or pain in anus.
