Talk to Gastroenterologist on Anxiety Med, Gallbladder Stone Surgery

Hi I m having anxiety from last 4 to 5 years, stomach problem (h pylori was positive). Had severe epigastric pain 2 times that rushed to emergency. Now full abdominal ultrasound done (attaching report). I need to ask that I m taking ecitalopram 10 mg from 41 days. If I go for a laparoscopic surgery then could it be any interaction of anesthetic dose or anything with this ssri.. Or any complication? I m veryyy afraid of operate nd having more anxiety and panic after knowing about the stone. Is that risky surgery? . Plz guide me
