Talk to Gastroenterologist on Belly Button Pressure

Yar I am tired..have been suffering from hard stools,and lower left belly pain since last 2 months.. Dr prescribed ignite 50 mg and instacool syrup Ignite se kuch aram aye then again gas ke masle hogaye.. Got my ultrasound done Reports were clear,tried homeopathy as well but didn't work out . Last week se bellybutton ke andar bohat gas pressure ha bohat ziada Meteospasmyl,digas try karrahi but belly button ke andar ka pressure bhi nhi jaraha 1 week se pareshan ho ignite se loose motion hogaye abhi bhi hard stool ka masla ha lekon stool pass hohata ha Dr gaviscon hi diye jaraha jabke mujhe acidity or heartburn ka koi issue nhi ha Mujhe bus belly button ke andar bohat gas ha bohat ziada koi yaha per mujhe medicine suggest karde jo bellybutton ke andar ka pressure pain or gas nikalde please...
