Talk to Gastroenterologist on Bileiry Stricture

my brother was dignosed with bile duct obstruction it was an hepatic channel obstruction first he gone throgh ercp and cbd stent was placed after that bile drainage was excellent and jaundice was setteled but the patient was not getting well there was another problem during ercp doctor prescribed ca 19-9 test and the result was abnormal so doctor decided to prescribe some more test like ct abdomen and pelvic cbc lfts all the tests came ok with no shows no maligency signs then dr goes for another ercp procedure for bruishing and it was done nicely brushing sample been taken and sent to pathalogy the report came back negitive for meligency after all this treatment patient is still sick and loosing wait day by day after the brushing procedure the very next day patient got fever of 101 degree and its been 28 days now fever is not settling down its getting on/off hourly kindly review this and suggest the further plans and in advance
