Talk to Gastroenterologist on Bloated,gas,constipation
Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Lahore
Weight: 59kg Height:5'9 Since 1 year i have a problem of constipation. I empty stool once a day at night time only. And i stimulate bowel movements by having a cup of tea(caffeine stimulation). i never feel its completely empty. Due to which i feel uneasy whole day. I feel bloated after eating a meal. Consistent burps occur after having a meal. I have no abdominal pain Kindly suggest me some advice.

Add fibre in your diet you can take ispaghul husk twice daily refrain from fatty oily fast food exercise daily and drink adequate amount of water
