Talk to Gastroenterologist on Blood In The Stool

I was severe throatache issue Whites pus in the throatache and fever ,the Dr injected 3 doses of drips consisting of Normal slain 100 ml Inj oxidil 1 gm Inj amky 500 mg Inj toradol 30 mg Inj decadron 3cc Afterthat, my throatache issue resolved. However, I felt stomach and after that blood in the stool. I don't have hemorrhoids etc, even not feel pain. I get appointment here from a Dr he prescribed Doxium 500 mg Flygel 400 mg 3 times a day, I am taking medicine from 2 days but don't get any relief yet. Pls suggest something beneficial.
