Talk to Gastroenterologist on Burning And Prickling Sensation In Anus

Status: Unmarried/Sexually Inactive I am a male of 23 Y old. In the end of October 2022, I had blood and mucus coming with loose stools. I visited doctor and he gave me medicine as: Capsule Imodium 2mg (2 one time only) Tablet Cyrocin 500 mg(Ciprofloxacin) 1+1 Tablet Flagyl 400 mg (Metronidazole) 1+1 for 3 days I used this medicine, loose motions stopped but there was still blood coming with stool. So I revisited doctor, also I was feeling prickling and burning sensation in anus throughout the day. Doctor advises me to take the above medicine for 5 more days along with Tablet Zopent (pantoprazole) 4mg daily empty bowel. After 5 more days, blood was not coming and stool was back to normal so I did stool test for occult blood. But it was negative. Now after this treatment, everything is fine except burning sensation and prickling sensation inside the anus. This sensation is not only during defecation but also throughout the day. There is no lump or swelling/redness I have noticed around
