Talk to Gastroenterologist on Can't Burp Properly, Constipation

Hello, I have been living in Italy as a student from 1.5 years and I always feel constipated since 8 to 10 years but nowadays when I go to bed I feel that I can't burp properly and there is a a burden on my stomach and because of that I couldn't even sleep properly I feel very stressed like suffocation etc.

Please let me know what I need to do.
