Talk to Gastroenterologist on Cardiology Stomach

Strange symprtoms from 7 months, 1. sudden tightness and pressure from chest to belly button left side. origion looks like upper stomach and the stomach muscles tight. 2. when these symptoms appear, upper stomach right below strnum bone "pulsates". visible pulsation while standing. when lay down or rest it doesnt pulsate. 3. I cant do anything when this happens. walking or doing things increase the symptoms so i rest. 4. this thing happens almost daily for 7 months. sometimes for minutes sometimes for hours. 5. I am not able to exercise or do gardening or play bcz of it. lost 7 kg weight and cant eat well. 6. Intestines feel like full of wind and i pass a lot of gass also whole day. please help!

Sir i have read about "Roemheld Syndrome". is it like that? furthermore, i have done ETT and Echo which are normal. should i still worry about heart?
