Talk to Gastroenterologist on Chronic Constipation & Tightness Under Lower Ribcage

salamalaikum. i suffer from chronic constipation and bowel movement is mostly possible with laxatives. doctors suggested me a ct scan and mri test. ct scan reported 4mm thickness of stomach lining,few prominent RIF Lymph nodes. And MRI reported fatty liver,and also says small bowel loops collapsed. i suffer from tightness in the area under my ribcage and breathing difficulty due to there anything to worry?KINDLY HELP
