Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation

Assalamualaikum i am facing constipation since childhood. I didn't paid attention to it in the past but now it's becoming worse. Kuch arsa pehle stool k sth blood ane lag gya tha, ab blood nahi ata but i face difficulty while stool pass out. It doesn't get out of body easily and i cannot pass out stool on commode. Therefore i use squat toilet but face difficulty there as well. Due to constipation i feel tiredness, bad mood etc. Kindly any solution/medicine etc Thank you.
