Ma na qulkand bhe use ki milk ka sath laikin us sa bhe kuch khas aram nai ha. 18 march ka bad sa mja kafi constipation ha mja 19 sa 22 tak stool aya he nai uska bad qulkand milk ka sath lana sa roz type 1 aur type 2 ka stool ata aur cremaffin syrup use kia 3 days laikin medicine bad karna ka bad phr start ho jati constipation. Gas bhe banti ha kafi gas kharij hoti aur appetite bhe kuch khas nai ha bht fatigue hoti ha mja. Abi bhe mja stool pass roz hota but pellet stool pass hota han aur sath type 2 ka stool. I dont strain while passing stool. Abi ma espaghol milk ka sath la raha sath indian sufaid musli fatigue aur constipation ka lia. Please muja btay iska hal. ma 5 glass pani peta hun aur fruit bhe khata hun roz. Please mja bht dar lag raha ha ma na net pa check kia

ma na check karwaya tha to koi aesa issue nai tha aur medicine la kar thk ho gae the constipation. Mja depression aur anxiety disorder ha betha betha shortness of breath ho jati ha chest pain tightness hoti restless aur ghabrahat hoti ha. Doctor sahib gas ki problem rahti ha ziada khana kha lu to gas ho jati ha. is lia 3 time roti nai kha sakta ma iska kia hal ha.
