Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation

I suffer from severe constipation. Sometimes no passing of stool till 3 days. Otherwise alternate days. Not regular. Have 1 skin tag from last 2 years maybe. 2nd one has appeared recently. There are 2 or 3 cuts at the anal opening also. Its been 3 days to these new cuts which is why im not able to pass stool uptil now. Im scared of the pain.
