I am suffering from continuous constipation problem since one year, sometimes it become so severe and feeling pains. Even, I am living very simple, taking simple and balanced foods. Drinking more water and also taking fruits. No use of junk/fast foods, but still facing problem with constipation. When i take Asbghol (Chilka) / Tukhmay Malanga, then this problem resolve for the time being. Kindly advise?
