Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation And Bleeding.

I feel constipated off n on. And this has lead to bleeding. I once went to hospital for checkup and doctors advised me to apply a cream named GTN, a syrup named Duphalac for constipation relief, and sit baths with few drops of payodine. I kept doing it. I felt relieved as well. But from few days I am again facing this issue. There is a pain around the anus internally too. Kindly let me know any other soothing medicine or remedies.

You can take ispaghul 2 teaspoons with water, any time of day, daily.
and syp. cremaffin, 2 teaspoons at night.
if you are having pain, GTN ointment or lignocaine hemorrhoidal gel can help.
You should visit a general surgeon to get proctoscopy to see what grade piles are present. 1 degree piles need no other treatment, 2nd degree piles can be treated if necessary, 3rd degree should be treated

It is done in clinic . Takes 10 minutes. In awake patient. Uses a small proctoscope to see if any piles are inside anus. A specialist FCPS or FRCS or MRCS (UK) general surgeon can do it.
