Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation And Fissures

I have a lot of constipation and also blood comes in. I have taken a lot of medicine but it doesn't matter. I have a two year old son. I also had a lot of constipation and hemorrhoids during pregnancy. There is a lot of bleeding and a lot of pain after defecation. I met with a doctor and he said you have fissures and the only solution is surgery. After I started taking Skilax drops, now I take 15 to 20 drops daily, then I get stools, otherwise I don't get stools for 3 to 4 days and then I get constipation and hemorrhoids.
