Talk to Gastroenterologist on Constipation, Blood Pressure, Stomach And Gases Problems

My mother has been suffering from blood pressure and stomach and gases problems for many years. She is also suffering from constipation and also neck issue.Her neck remain slightly at one side for 4,5 years and not remain straight may be stretching of muscles or some other reason. please i need for the appointment of a capable doctor for her and fees should not so high it should be reasonable. I need physical checkup.
