I have suffered from chronic constipation for the past three years, with episodes of hemorrhoids (piles) occurring every three to four months. After consulting a doctor and receiving treatment for my constipation, my condition improved significantly. However, after eating heavy meals (biryani and pulao) for three consecutive days recently, I developed severe diarrhea. I experienced loose, watery bowel movements almost every hour, and by the fourth movement, I noticed fresh blood in my stool. Could you please advise on what this might indicate? Is this a recurrence of my hemorrhoids, or could it be a symptom of a different condition?
