I had endoscopies twice which ruled out gastritis, but when i did an mri it showed diffuse thickness. 1st endoscopy was done 3 months prior and 2nd endoscopy was done 1 month prior. Biopsy from the 1st endoscopy revealed h pylori associated gastritis which was treated with antibiotics and most of symptoms subsided with the treatment. But then after 2 months I completely lost my appetite again and was having nausea. So my nausea is now fine but appetite is decreased. I had an mri recently which is showing diffuse thickness of stomach but Im confused that why there is still thickness even I dont have h pylori my stool test report came back negative.
