Talk to Gastroenterologist on Diarrhoea

I went to Gilget 4 weeks ago and caught something after I came back. Since then, I have had bad Diarrhoea (watery, sometimes loose). Developed a hemorrhoid as well. On some days, my diarrhoea got better, but 98% times its watery. I visited Dr. Talat last week. She gave me a prescription, that I am uploading below. My condition got a bit okay during 3rd day but went back to zero as the course ended on its 5th day. Can you please further guide, what measures or medicines can be taken now? Its not getting better. Please guide!
