Asking for Self, Male, 35 years old, Gujranwala
Its been a couple of days. I'm feeling mild pain along with constipation in the lower right portion of the abdomen. it feels like something is stuck there as some sort of blockage, I am using Ispaghol Husk as natural fibers to root out constipation but of no use. the picture is attached for reference.

Its been 2 days, it just comes in chunks, not a proper a stool passed.

It feels something is accumulating in there. And i don't feel hungry anymore sir

Take syp lilac 15 ml twice if no stools passed than increase the dise to 30 ml ..
