Talk to Gastroenterologist on Digestive Issues, Abnormal Blood Reports

I am having digestive issues since last week. I had this for last few years but it has gone worst by time. During last two weeks, I got fever twice, felt nausea few times, acidity problem, acid reflux, bloating, fatigue even after sleeping 8 hours. Mild Diarrhea two times during last 15 days for which I used Entamizole ds for two days. I am also having small summer season like bumps all over my forehead and a little bit on neck. Also feel sourness in mouth and most of the time, my tongue remains whitish in color with plaques.

I had few tests. Hep B, C and Hiv are non reactive. But CBC is disturbed. Also LFT has some high readings. Vit D is 15. Please explain the blood reports and suggest me what to do next for further diagnosis and treatment. Thanks
