Talk to Gastroenterologist on Digestive Pattern

Assalamu Alaikum Please tell what these symptoms indicate and treatment for it?

Persistent Multiple Bowel movements in a day with later bowel movements have mucus and thin, torn stools, sometimes in morning bowel movement also and for a few days have abdominal pain around 5pm. fiber just made morning stool bulk, semi-formed initially but later bowel movements are still thin with mucus. I have attached CBC LFS and stool test reports
