Talk to Gastroenterologist on Dizziness

Hi Dear Doctors. In March 2016, my stomach got upset, had treatment from various doctors as well as gastroenterologist. Urine stool blood tests were cleared. Since than I am not well. I fell dizziness, fatigue throat swelling/chocking etc. When I get up in the morning I feel pain in my feet. Also disturbed due to bowl movement and gastric pain. I was a bodybuilder but since then I am unable to hit the gym due to dizziness and weaknesses. Also having Calcium deficiency. Please suggest whom to visits and what tests are required to identify the issue. Do males can have harmons disbalance issues? Should I visit any endochronologist for harmons test?

Please also suggest good relevant doctors near saddar or old city Karachi.
