I was having pain in liver side so I decided to go for ultrasound n lft now my liver is enlarge of size 17.5 and sgpt level is 180 what to do next? i have a history of hep c (treated)

The ultrasound findings and raised sgpt can have many implications. Namely, of Hep c, other co infection like HBV, chronic liver disease, vascular complications of liver disease such as portal vein thrombosis and hepatic vein thromobosis and lastly Hepatocellular tumor.
